Incubation Process

The incubation process of PLAY is divided into several phases, designed to ensure the success of startups and entrepreneurs.

1. Stage ZERO - Pitch and Evaluation

  • Reception and analysis of applications.
  • Pitch sessions to present ideas to the incubator team.
  • Evaluation of the project's potential and strategic alignment with the PLAY ecosystem.

2. Stage 1—Reception, Mentoring and Coaching

  • Integration in the incubator, with access to facilities and services.
  • Initial mentoring for structuring the business model.
  • Coaching for development of management and leadership skills.

3. Stage 2—Business Development and Market Testing

  • Support in the creation of prototypes and validation of products/services.
  • Conducting market studies and identifying the target audience.
  • Financial planning and development of funding strategies
    of resources.

4. Stage 3 - Market Acceleration and Expansion

  • Participation in acceleration programs to maximize growth.
  • Connection with investors, partners, and distribution networks.
  • Support in the internationalization and scalability of the business.
